With an MBA degree in hand and a pioneering spirit, Vahram Hopalian began his career in the escrow/real estate services industry over a decade ago. Vahram was a part of a team that opened successful joint venture escrow companies across Southern California, which he helped establish and manage the partner relationships. Vahram was also a key player in the first escrow organization in California to implement newly created SSAE-18 policies & procedures – a testament to his continued dedication to industry-leading standards and practices. In over a decade, Vahram has been lucky to have played a hand in every department’s operations within an escrow company.

 

Now as President of Oakwood Holdings, Vahram’s passion for partnerships and strategic acquisitions will be at the forefront of his role within the company. Vahram’s vision for Oakwood Holdings is to build the gold standard escrow company in Southern California, in which our people would be proud to work for and our clients would swear by.
